Dear Wrestling Club:

The Missouri/USA Wrestling State Championship Tournament in St. Louis, Missouri is quickly approaching.  Wrestling Central can do your club’s State Qualifier T-shirts for the 2016 State Wrestling Championships.  We can print your club name, color & wrestler’s names on the back and offer you a choice of a short sleeve or long sleeve, white, gray or team color T-shirt.  If you would like to have your State Wrestling T-Shirts pre-printed with your qualifiers listed on the back, now’s the time to get started. 

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Gather shirt sizes. Be sure to double check sizes and total number of shirts once you fill in the order blank.  Note: Minimum team order is 6 shirts.
2. Send us your qualifiers list. Using the attached form as a guideline, email your list to us at info@wrestling-central.net or fax your list to us at 816-429-7165. We also need a copy of your club’s tax exempt status (form), or we will need to add sales tax (8.35%) to your invoice. We need to receive your list by 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14th (NO EXCEPTIONS!) to complete them in time for the State Tournament.  Remember to check your names list for spelling mistakes.
3. Receive confirmation of your order. We will contact you to confirm your order. If we have not contacted you by Tuesday, March 15th, please call Cherise Elam at O-816-429-7235, M-816-686-2738 or info@wrestling-central.net.
4. Make payment and delivery arrangements. Use the attached pricing guide to calculate the cost of your order, or ask us when we confirm your order.  You can pay with a club check, cashiers check, money order or credit card.  Please send payment to: Wrestling Central, 102 West Pine Street, Warrensburg, MO 64093.

1. Your order can be shipped or delivered to you before the State Tournament. ****(note: S&H charges will apply)
2. Your order can be picked up at our business OR at a mutually convenient location before the State Tournament.
3. Your order can be picked up in St. Louis, MO on Friday P.M.  ****(note: please arrange pick-up location by calling Bryan Elam @ M-(816) 547-5025)

           
We are offering the qualifier shirts in many options this year. You can get the traditional short sleeve t-shirts, or you can choose long-sleeved t-shirts. You can choose any color of shirt with a Missouri “USA” Wrestling State Championship logo imprinted on the front, and on the back, your club name, color and the state qualifier’s list that you provide.

To price your order, simply add the price of the shirt to the price of the print based on your total order quantity using the prices listed below. For example, if you are ordering 15 youth / adult sized short sleeved t-shirts, your total order will be:
                                    $ 13.00 S/S t-shirt + $ 3.50 printing = $ 16.50 each
                                    $ 16.50 x 15 S/S t-shirts = $ 247.50
                                    $ 247.50 + 8.35% sales tax, if applicable = $ 268.17
